Terms of Use — Fold Breaker

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Fold Breaker (the “App”), published by enidev (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the App in addition to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell or distribute the App except as allowed by law.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
The App offers optional one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Premium features (such as every sticker collection and an ad-free experience). All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we do not receive your card or payment details.
- Auto-renewal. A subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and for renewals within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel in App Store → your account → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; the current paid period is not refunded.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
Virtual items
Coins, stickers, paddles, balls, trails and other in-app items are a limited license to use digital content inside the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-transferable. They may be lost if you delete the App, and we may change or discontinue items in updates.
Advertising
The free version of the App shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. Your use of ads is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Removing ads may be available through a Premium purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt it, circumvent purchase or ad systems, access it through unauthorized means, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required, and otherwise by the laws applicable to the developer’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules.
